We cannot rave enough about the care and service we've received with Rose as our agent in selling our condo and buying our new home! She is simply the best real estate agent you can imagine, but first let’s list of the Pros & Cons then gush more about Rose below with specific examples of how she’s helped us... PROS: • extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE about everything real estate-related and has an eye for mid-century homes. • very strong network of partners in the real estate industry (including lending). • very RESPONSIVE almost to a fault (answering emails and calls at all hours of the day and night--the woman does not sleep! She is constantly working to make sure her clients are taken care of in every way) Example: My husband and I took a break from house hunting. A couple months later, we messaged her about an open house we’re interested in. She responded right away. Little did we know, she was out of the country attending a wedding and was returning the following day. • excellent NEGOTIATING SKILLS with other agents to make sure you come out on top, whether you're buying or selling. • super FRIENDLY, caring, and truly looking out for your best interests when house hunting and when closing the deal—she’s not just your agent but also your friend, counselor, adviser, role model (yeah, I kinda want to be like Rose when I grow up!) CONS: • none at all. Seriously, not one single thing wrong with this wonderful agent! And here are a few (out of the many) examples of how Rose has gone above-and-beyond for us in our house hunt: When we decided to put our condo on the market and purchase our single-family home, we barely had a clue what we were doing. Rose sent us detailed emails with links to resources to look over. She asked us all the right questions to help us narrow down our search and figure out what made the most sense for our situation. The adorable Mid-Century home we decided to make an offer on is a bit of a fixer upper--Rose made sure our inspection was very thorough and incredibly helpful (again, she knows everything and everybody so we had the best service for each aspect of our purchase). A few key items came up during inspection. And let me tell you, Rose knew how to negotiate!!! She was able to work up additional closing credit from the seller. (She’s a miracle worker!) Even since we've moved in and are settling in our home, Rose continues to check on us to make sure everything is going well. She has shared with us her network of contractors, handymen/women, given us advice on things that we can do to add value to our home. Rose is such a genuine and humble human. On the day we closed and received the keys to our home, it was her birthday! (We felt horrible that she was working on her birthday.) She truly is a friend as well as an agent. We love Rose!
